The Gallery and Enclosed Stairway Project
This project is located in Freeport, Maine.
The client has a painting studio on the second floor in their great old barn; and envisioned adding an art gallery. We built a gallery for the customer to sell her beautiful paintings. We put down a new floor in the second bay of their barn and built an enclosed stairway attached to the back of their house.
Custom Trim & Door Project
This project is located in Freeport, Maine.
This project entailed finishing off a second floor addition. Custom trim was created to match the existing trim on the first floor of his home. The trim was made on site and all doors were installed by us.
My colleague Paul and I made this custom trim on site and installed all the doors. The client was very pleased with our work. We really enjoyed finishing his second floor addition, which helped him complete his long term project.
Restoration Project
This Project is located in Yarmouth, Maine.
This project consisted of a full porch demolition and complete reconstruction, including a new wooden door with a side light. The posts were rotting. The upstairs room above the porch, supported by the posts, had several cracks in the walls due to movement and frost heaves. The new deck is cedar with pressure treated lumber for the framing, attached to the house with Maine Deck Bracketts.
